Start|Stop scripts for Domino

A question was raised in this morning's Open Mic call regarding IBM\Lotus creating a standard Start|Stop scripts for Domino on Unix\Linux platforms. Below is feedback and a few resources:

Current I am not aware of any plans to create\release a "standard" Start|Stop scripts for Domino.

Because the method to start Domino is basically the same on all recent versions of Domino and across Unix\Linux platforms, it is common for customers to use sample scripts from documentation written for previous version of Domino to create their custom start|stop Domino script. It important to understand that any sample script, no matter the source, will require modification\customization for each unique Domino server environment. Below are a few links to resources that include sample scripts.
